# Project Overview This project is applied to the No. 2 Oil Production Plant of Changqing Oilfield, CNPC. Its core function is to undertake the multiphase mixed transportation of oil, gas and water from multiple wellheads. The equipment is equipped with a variable-frequency explosion-proof motor. The pump adopts an enhanced forced reflux design, and the seal is equipped with a PLAN65 flushing system, which can adapt to short-term slug flow conditions of the multiphase pump. On site, the pump speed can be adjusted in real time according to inlet pressure fluctuations to stabilize the inlet pressure, so as to meet the stable transportation requirements of oil, gas and water. ## Core Parameters of Multiphase Pump - Pump Model: HWMPS50 - Motor: YBBP75KW-4B3 - Medium: Oil, gas and water (with a small amount of sand particles) - Rated flow: 30 m³/h - Rated pressure: 4.0 MPa - GVF: 90% - Main material: Carbon steel
